About the Role:
The Neighborhood Clinic in Mesa, AZ is looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families in our community through compassionate, evidence-based mental health care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic client care
  • Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and ongoing clinical supervision as needed
  • Connect clients with community resources and support services to promote overall well-being
Requirements:
  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Experience with individual and/or group therapy in a clinical or community setting
  • Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care
  • Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
  • Compassionate, culturally competent, and client-centered approach to care
